Spend Valentine's Day at home this year, and enjoy one of these delicious vegan Valentine's day dinner recipes with someone special!

I'm generally a home-cooked Valentine's Day dinner kind of girl.

So, I consider myself kind of an expert on vegan Valentine's day dinner recipes. The ideal vegan Valentine's Day dinner recipe is obviously delicious and should feel kind of fancy. (This is not the night to zap a couple of frozen veggie burgers!)

But also, it helps to cook a dish that's relatively low fuss, because you probably don't want to spend your big romantic day slaving over the stove! Unless of course you're planning on cooking with your Valentine (which can be pretty romantic!).

With all that in mind, I've compiled a list of my favorite vegan Valentine's Day main dishes. Some of them are easy, so you can impress your date with minimal effort, while some are a little more involved and would make a great couples' project

They're all delicious and I've enjoyed quite a few of them on Valentine's Days past. I hope you cook one up and enjoy it with your sweetheart this year!
