Basically a terrible experience. Administration did not guide us towards the best classroom style based on our needs. The ancient format of the online tabs, links and "tiles" were NOT user friendly especially for kids. It was extremely frustrating to navigate my son's entire "classroom". He went from being a straight A student in public school to passing with a low C. My son cried almost daily out of frustration at his bad grades not really knowing what he was doing wrong. PaCyber made him hate school, when he really loves learning. No one ever walked us through the format of the classroom, so it was confusing and time consuming. Meeting virtually wasn't very helpful. I regret signing up through PaCyber. I should have explored more options. Lessons learned. I would not recommend PaCyber to anyone.

This year is my first year with PA Cyber. I can honestly only say good things about this school. I came from Leechburg School District and that school did not help, care, or really teach the students. I struggled finding help when I needed it and there was no parent involvement on their end. PA Cyber cares about their students and their families. Even though it is an online cyber school I can talk to any of my teachers anytime I need to. They really care about my education and my mental health. My mom always gets emails and updates about my grades and things going on with the school. PA Cyber is a great school and any time I get to talk about it I tell people I wish I would have transferred much sooner!

I have been in an out of Pa cyber due to me wanting to do in person school a few times, but the times I was in there, and currently, I love how they have a service where all students get to go on field trips with family, do a variety of activities with their local Pa cyber office, and the variety of courses they offer, and how you can choose what best fits for you. They offer good recreational activities, clubs, staff and teachers are nice, and they send you materials you get to keep! It would be nice if they provided transportation when they have field trips and host events that require traveling far so the people who don't have access to any type of transportation get to be involved and have fun as well.
